Cordially inviting all Event Management to our CGS Carnival's Supplier' Engagement Session.

The briefing and walkthrough will take place concurrently on 6 Nov 2017(Monday) at the CGS Carnival site on 2 available time slots:

·         Timeslot #1 : 6 Nov 2017 – 11.00am to 12.30pm

·         Timeslot #2 : 6 Nov 2017 – 3.00pm to 4.30pm

Please register your preferred session with Gerald Ng (Ng_Say_Kuan@nea.gov.sg) by 31 Oct 2017, and do keep to a maximum of 3 representatives (i.e. Account Manager, Creative Director/staff).

·         Venue : Open field next to Boon Keng MRT Station Exit C

Participants are to  meet @ Registration Booth 5 mins before allocated time slot.

The objective of this session are as follows:  

1.         To share on the overall narrative for CGS

2.         To communicate the requirements for the CGS Carnival and for better comprehension for future tender

3.         To share and walkthrough to this year’s CGS 2017

For the purpose of the suppliers’ engagement session, no slides will be provided, and this session is not a compulsory criteria for the tender to next year’s CGS (i.e. in 2018).
