Ready to lead change for a greener Singapore?

The NEA YES Leaders Programme (YES LP) empowers passionate youths to lead impactful sustainability projects. It equips youths with the skills and knowledge to champion sustainability, while providing opportunities to network with experts and industry players.

Singapore has been committed to balancing our economic development with protecting our environment, even before today's heightened global climate focus. Through initiatives such as the Singapore Green Plan and Zero Waste Masterplan, we are working towards our global commitment to climate change and sustainable development.

Creating a green, liveable, and climate-resilient Singapore requires the joint efforts of our community, including our youths. As environmental stewards of our nation's sustainable future, young leaders need in-depth understanding of sustainability within Singapore’s unique context to drive meaningful change.

As a key initiative of the YOUth for Environmental Sustainability (YES) movement, YES LP offers a unique opportunity for youth leaders to:
