Terms & Conditions:

  • By taking part in this contest, all participants agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions.

  • The contest period runs from 21 Sep to 5 Oct 2025, both dates inclusive.

  • Only entries that fulfil the contest criteria will be eligible.

  • Participants must be following @cleanandgreensg, like the post on Instagram, and share their best energy-saving habit in the comments and tag a friend.

  • Each participant is allowed only one submission. In case of multiple entries, only the first submission will be considered. 

  • Prizes shall be allocated to winners on a random basis at the sole discretion of Clean & Green Singapore. Winners shall not have the right to select or request a specific prize.

  • Participants who have won a Clean & Green Singapore giveaway in the last six months are not eligible.

  • Clean & Green Singapore shall not accept any responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Clean & Green Singapore shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Contest.

  • This Contest is only open to Singapore Residents.

  • The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees (including their immediate families) of NEA and any other company professionally connected with this Contest. All entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the prize does not contravene any local laws or regulations. This Contest shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Only entries from individuals shall be accepted to participate in this Contest. This does not include any legal entity. Any entry that Clean & Green Singapore believes has been made (a) via participation in a syndicate or (b) via any form of machine-assisted intervention (e.g. AI, scripts, etc…) enabling computer generated multiple entries, will be disqualified. NEA reserves the right to discount multiple entries from the same IP address.

  • Clean & Green Singapore’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

  • Clean & Green Singapore has the right at any time, to substitute any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

  • The Winners will be asked to direct message Clean & Green Singapore details on prize collection. In the event that The Winners do not contact Clean & Green Singapore by the stipulated deadline, Clean & Green Singapore reserves the right to forfeit the prizes. 

  • The Winners agree to allow Clean & Green Singapore to have his or her personal information for verification purposes and it shall be treated as confidential by Clean & Green Singapore.

  • All personal details submitted are subject to proof upon request by Clean & Green Singapore upon winning. Clean & Green Singapore reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms or which tampers with the entry process.

  • Each prize will be mailed to the given address in Singapore by registered post. Clean & Green Singapore is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

  • Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of NEA by each Winner (and/or their companions) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winner (and/or their companions) may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner (and/or their companions) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

  • Clean & Green Singapore shall not be liable for any fault or defect with any of the prizes. Any issues or queries relating to the condition of the prizes should be referred to the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes.

  • Clean & Green Singapore reserves the right to terminate the Contest or to modify the Contest rules and Terms prior to the closing date by amending the rules and Terms hereof at its sole and absolute discretion.
