Best Community Achievement Awards
This award is given to the district, which best meets the challenges of achieving environmental and public hygiene and cleanliness outcomes successfully with strong support and commitment from its community, and can be held up as the role model in
terms of its community commitment and involvement in this area.
North West District

North West District has conceptualised a vibrant and green culture amongst the residents, with the need to ensure environmental sustainability in the region. They cultivate a green lifestyle through education and increase ownership by urging all individuals to be involved in the various initiatives.
Best Community Commitment Award
This award is given to the district that has shown consistency and commitment in their community engagement and outreach efforts in attaining environmental and public hygiene and cleanliness outcomes.
South West District

South West District actively engages various stakeholders from the 3P (People, Public, Private) sectors to work towards community ownership of environmental initiatives. They regularly conduct educational outreach to pre-schoolers, elderly residents, new citizens and foreign workers on environmental and public health-related issues in a holistic approach to engage and empower the entire South West community.

Awards are given to the constituencies with the most effective empowerment of the community in 3P Partnership in achieving environmental and public health outcomes.
